1.The contracting entity
plycdn is operated by Prolxp Private Limited (India) and ProLxp AI LLC (United States). Which entity contracts with you depends on where you are established; your order form names it.
2.Subprocessors
We engage subprocessors to provide storage, delivery, transcription and indexing. The current list, with each subprocessor's role and processing location, is available on request, and customers are notified before any addition.
3.Reporting content
To report content served from plycdn that should not be, write to [email protected] with the link (or the bucket and file name) and the reason. When we act on a report, the file or bucket stops being served, and the customer who stores it sees the takedown in their audit log.
