Plans and prices
plycdn has three plans: Starter, Growth and Enterprise. Every plan carries the same storage and delivery prices; they differ in what they include and in the price of indexing, searching and answering. This page lists what each plan includes and the list prices in Indian rupees (₹). For custom terms on Enterprise, talk to us.

The names in brackets are the feature names GET /plan returns (see "What your plan includes" in the
API reference); a call to something your plan does not include is refused with
not_included_in_plan. Searching itself and reading what you have used are never gated. Storage buckets and video
libraries are included in every plan. Limits can be raised: ask us.
2List prices
Prices are per plan, in ₹, and are the same unit prices that appear as unitPrice on your usage and statement
lines. No quantity is included free of charge on any plan: the first hour, the first search and the first GB are
charged like the rest. How each quantity is counted is described in "How usage is counted" in the
Integration guide and, for storage, in the Storage guide.

A file that fails to index, a repeat of content already charged in your account and a re-index are not charged.

Delivery is priced per GB served, by region group, and falls as your monthly volume grows. Each price applies to the GB inside its band; your usage is not re-priced back to the first band.

Delivery analytics
Delivery analytics is included in every plan: switching it on for a bucket or video library needs nothing from your plan. It adds two lines to your statement, at the same price on every plan, and list prices are on your price list:

Your plan sets how many distinct values a breakdown keeps per bucket per day before the rest are grouped as
other (Starter 1,000, Growth 10,000, Enterprise 100,000); you can raise or lower it for any bucket, from 100 to
10,000,000. A higher ceiling can mean more tracked values. The dashboard and the rule preview show an estimate
for a breakdown before you save it. See Delivery analytics.
3How prices are applied
- Usage is priced as it happens in the month at the prices above, and appears on one statement for your whole account: your organization and every sub-organization. See "Sub-organizations" in the Integration guide.
- Going live on any day prorates the first and last months: see "Going live on any day" there.
- Quotas and pay-as-you-go. Each plan's quotas are soft; whether work above a quota continues, and at these prices, depends on your account. See "Quotas, alerts and pay-as-you-go" in the same guide.
- Your statement is authoritative. Read it from the dashboard, or with
GetUsageAsyncand the statement methods; the CSV export carries the same lines.
4Custom terms
Enterprise terms can be tailored to your volumes: committed quantities, a monthly minimum, regions, support and contract terms. Talk to your plycdn representative, or contact us.
